Knitting needles: 10 millimeters [ US 15 ]

Gauge : 8 stitches = 4 ; 12 rows = 4 in stockinette stitch
check you gauge . Use any size needles to obtain the gauge.
With color A , cast on 52 stitches . Marking first row as the right side , work in Garter stitch (knit every row ) until 5 from beginning , end by working a wrong side row . Cut color B , Join color A and work in stockinette stitch (knit 1 row ,purl 1 row ),beginning with a knit row , until piece measures 31 from cast -on edge ,end by working a purl row . Cut color A. Join color B and work in garter stitch for 5 . Bind off
Side Border : with right side facing and color B,pick up and knit 66 stitches evenly spaced along aside edge . Work in Garter stitch for 5 . Bind off. Repeat border on opposite side edge.
